Coconut Emulsifier Makes oils and water dispersible. (mixable)
How to make your own edible Coconut Emulsifier.
1 - Pour 1/4 tsp. of Lecithin Liquid into a mixing bowl.
2 - Add 8 oz. of coconut oil to the lecithin. Stir the mixture with a whisk until it is well blended. Add this mixture in small quantities to foods such as yogurt, coffee or baked goods.
3 - Store the mixture in an airtight container, and place in a cool and dry location.
