St. John’s Wort extract has been one of the most popular herbal products in Europe – and for good reason – it promotes a positive mood. The extract used in this product is a highly-concentrated extract of St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) leaves and flowers.


Standardized - St. John's Wort extract is standardized to 0.3% dianthrones measured as hypericin. This product provides the clinically researched dose for promoting a positive mood.

      St. John’s Wort is mainly used for the treatment of mild to moderate depression. It can also be used for chronic insomnia and anxiety related to depression. St. John’s Wort may also be effective in relieving seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

      Directions: for the plain  herb.  See the standardized below 
      Take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food. For maximum benefit use for at least 2 months.
